Russia: Second son dies following mother's death at soldier's grave

A heartbreaking tragedy has unfolded in Russia's Transbaikal region, where a family has been destroyed by a series of devastating losses. The story began when a mother died at the grave of her son, who had been killed during military operations.

Now, her second son, a 28-year-old adopted but beloved family member, has also passed away on August 27th, unable to cope with the overwhelming grief of losing both his mother and brother. The young man had been deeply affected by these losses and developed serious health problems that may have been worsened by emotional stress. Witnesses remember seeing him crying uncontrollably during his mother's funeral.

Although he was married and lived independently, he frequently visited his parents, especially after his brother's death, trying to support his grieving mother. The remaining family now consists of a physically disabled father and two teenage sons aged 15-16.

The local community has responded with tremendous support, collecting funds for funeral expenses and providing emotional assistance. The second son will be buried alongside his mother on August 30th in a section of the cemetery dedicated to military heroes.
