Makeup Artist Provides Details About Aaron Phypers' Alleged Threats to Denise Richards

Makeup artist Pamela Brogardi testified in a Los Angeles court about alleged abuse by Aaron Phypers toward his estranged wife Denise Richards. Brogardi claimed that in December 2021, Phypers threatened to break Richards' legs at his Malibu wellness center.

She alleged she heard aggressive language multiple times and covered bruising on Richards' body at least twelve times between 2020 and 2022. Brogardi described seeing thigh bruises and said Richards seemed scared. She also recounted incidents including arguments and a black eye that Richards allegedly received from Phypers.

Richards testified about being hit while recovering from surgery. She is seeking a five-year restraining order. Phypers denies all allegations, calling them false and hurtful.
