Judge sends murder suspect back to jail

William Bordsen, 40 years old, killed his roommate Robert Murphy in July. He was arrested for murder but paid $400,000 to leave jail. Murphy's son was angry about this.

Later, police found new evidence. They learned that Murphy was not drunk when he died. They also found a video that Bordsen made.

In the video, he was mean to Murphy when Murphy was dying. The judge decided to put Bordsen back in jail. The Murphy family is happy but wants him to stay in prison forever.
