Bug Hall, the actor famous for playing Alfalfa in The Little Rascals, has made a significant lifestyle change. At 40 years old, he now lives off-grid in Mountain View, Arkansas with his family. They currently reside in a camper van equipped with a water well and generator.

Hall has deliberately chosen to minimize his financial dependence by taking only occasional work when necessary. He is constructing a permanent house and a hydro-electrical dam to achieve complete self-sufficiency within six months.

This represents a conscious rejection of materialism and conventional economic systems in favor of simplicity and independence.
